• The person accountable handles the payment. All deposits and charges are paid through bestnyclimoservice.com and cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation.
• Acceptable payment options include cash, checks, and major credit cards. (AMEX, Visa, MC, Discover). 3.5 percent surcharge on credit cards
• The customer authorizes any balances that are not paid and deposits verbally or in writing.
• At the time of picking up, payment must be made
• bestnyclimoservice.com reserves the right to replace any vehicle with another one if it’s identical in size or more prominent and isn’t distinct in color. All quoted vehicles are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Smoking is not permitted inside bestnyclimoservice.com vehicles. The customer is charged $100 for each incident where a passenger is found smoking inside the bestnyclimoservice.com car. It is illegal to possess, sell and consume any narcotic. Infractions could result in the immediate cancellation of your agreement and services and the forfeiture of any fees or deposits that you have paid for services.
• Cleaning up costs for spills or accidents caused by customers is the customer’s responsibility. $350.00 price for car damage caused by the passengers
• The contract stipulates that drivers can’t transport more people than the number of people in the agreement.
• Gratuities for drivers are optional. However,
• bestnyclimoservice.com is not accountable for delays caused by accidents, traffic conditions, or other acts of God. Any delay caused by these causes will be refunded after the charter. The customer will remain accountable for the entire service or vehicle time reduction amount.
• The charter you have signed will be extended past your allotted time frame. If this occurs, you will be charged for the remaining time in one-hour increments. As stated in the contract, the charge will be incurred according to the standard rates applicable for the day.
• Anyone under the age of 21 is not allowed to drink alcohol. Without a legal guardian, alcohol-related beverages are not permitted in any vehicle or in the possession of passengers under 21. If a minor is discovered drinking alcohol and the vehicle is deemed intoxicated, it will be canceled, and all deposits and fees will be forfeited. Under no circumstances are minors permitted to drink alcohol. Alternate drinks can be requested for an additional cost.
• The person in charge makes the payment. All deposits and costs are paid from bestnyclimoservice.com and cannot be refunded in the case of cancellation.
• There will be no refunds if the service is canceled because of disruptive behavior, damages to the vehicle, or any other reason that bestnyclimoservice.com believes acceptable. bestnyclimoservice.com reserves the right to deny service if it believes it is essential.
• It is not permitted to climb out of the sunroof while the vehicle operates. Minors cannot travel in the car if the sunroof is not shut or locked. The dividers should also be closed.
• bestnyclimoservice.com’s employees, as well as bestnyclimoservice.com, are required to make decisions on their own.

Limitations on liability

bestnyclimoservice.com is not responsible for:

• The luggage or other items carried on could be damaged or lost, even the contents. Things that could be damaged in transport
• We’re happy to accept personal videotapes, compact discs, and other items belonging to you. However, we cannot take responsibility for items left in the limousine after the rental period has expired.
• Inability to use or access the service, regardless of reason, may include but is not limited to communications issues or other issues with the delivery or transmission of information accessed via it.
